1.  Enter your Savings Alert items--listing at least one item is necessary to get any alerts:  Simply enter your favorite items in our form's shopping list.  List items by brand name or generic term, such as "toothpaste" if you want to know about all toothpaste coupons and bargains, or "Crest toothpaste" if you only buy one brand.  Do not use apostrophes, commas, and be sure to spell correctly since the system matches by exact spelling. 

2.  Select a state for your Coupon Alerts.  You will receive Coupon/Deal Alerts on Sunday afternoon (2:00 pm Eastern time).  However, you'll need to name specific items in order to receive any alerts at all (see #1 above).  Select your state in the drop down menu.  If you'd like to know the coupons that are coming out in your newspaper earlier, you can check the Virtual Coupon Organizer for your state anytime after 3:00 pm Eastern time on Saturday.

3.  Select a store for your Deal Alerts (if available for your area).  Your store's deal alerts will be included in the Sunday Alert, and you will also receive a second Alert on Thursday  mornings.  We are sending out Deal Alerts twice a week because stores change their prices on different days of the week.  However, you'll need to name specific items in order to receive any alerts at all (see #1 above).
