Cut Your Grocery Bill In Half! with Stephanie Nelson, The Coupon Mom

All You Magazine sponsored a contest to find the country’s Smartest Shopper, and they just announced that the winner is Emily Graves of Ottawa, Kansas who tracks sales at 25 grocery and drugstores each week to find the best prices.  All You Magazine and their panel of judges (which included me) evaluated the winners based on videos submitted.
