Cut Your Grocery Bill In Half! with Stephanie Nelson, The Coupon Mom

Here it is, this PDF is dated May 2011 at the bottom so it’s the new policy.  Still very generous in my opinion.

A few details I noticed:

–you cannot use more than 4 identical coupons for 4 multiple items
–you cannot use a “buy one, get one free” coupon with a “buy one, get one free” promotion   
–you CAN use an in-ad Manufacturer coupon with another manufacturer coupon, as well as a store coupon, depending on what the first digits of the UPC code are.  Details explained in the policy. So that’s a possible 3 coupons per item if the stars align correctly!
