Their Cartwheel app also has some great deals on health and beauty. It has an entire section dedicated to makeup, fragrance and hair care and a health section for over-the-counter medications, bandages, eye drops and other items. You can even combine these deals with printable coupons.

2. Bath Towels

Target has lots of colorful bath towels to choose from for a great deal. You can get a solid bath towel for $12.99, compared to Costco’s McCormick Collection for $21.99 each. You can also find them on clearance for up to 70 percent off! Domestic items are usually marked down on Tuesdays and can lead to a great deal on towels. You might have to go to multiple stores to find the best prices but they are definitely worth looking into. If you have ever been to Target you have most likely hit up those dollar bins when you first enter the store. You can find anything from office supplies to seasonal socks here at a great value. When it’s time to clear out the old, they will have 50% to 70% off sales.
