This year I am working with the Atlanta chapter of FAAN, the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network which is an organization working to raise public awareness, to provide advocacy and education, and to advance research on behalf of all those affected by food allergies and anaphylaxis.

If you have a family member with a food allergy, you know the challenges they face. Join other FAAN members on Saturday Oct. 2nd to participate as a walker, to learn more, and/or to meet other families working toward this cause.  You can register for the walk here (it’s free!)

Don’t miss the extra coupon circulars in some Sunday papers this week. Expect 2 SmartSource, 1 RedPlum, and many markets also received a thin General Mills circular (this is an example of one state’s Grocery Coupon Database at CouponMom.com so you can see the offers that were in the circulars, 9-12GM indicates the General Mills circular). Major papers in the Southeast may also have a Publix store coupon circular as an extra bonus. Get the paper out of the recycle bin and make sure you got all the coupons!
