Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.<\/li><li>Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.<\/li><li>In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and saut\u00e9 the garlic until fragrant.<\/li><li>Add the bell peppers and onion and saut\u00e9 until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.<\/li><li>In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, ginger, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
