“I read the book almost straight through, then gave it to my Mom. The next Sunday I got the flyers and coupons from the paper and started applying the “shopping game” principles. I went to CVS and got $55 worth of stuff for $19, and got a $5 Extra Bucks coupon back (like getting $5 back to spend at CVS). That effectively gave me $55 for $14! How cool. I went across the street and did the same thing at Walgreens. I brought home over $110 worth of stuff for a little less than $40 (not including the $5 Extra Bucks and the $10 Walgreens coupon printed at the register). Saved a bundle on my first try & intend to get better at this game. This book was worth the price.
